My Story
Hello there and thanks so much for stopping by!
I’m Ellen Roers, founder of ER & Co Consulting, where clinical expertise meets commercial impact. With 22 years as a nurse and more than two decades in MedTech, clinical strategy, and CRO services, I’ve worked at the intersection of the OR and the boardroom.
Over the years, I’ve:
- Supported surgeons and sponsors in high-stakes clinical trials.
- Built and defended CRO strategies at the executive level.
- Trained CRAs and clinical teams to master protocol and site engagement.
- Helped MedTech leaders expand sales pipelines and accelerate growth.
Today, I’m excited to offer a full spectrum of consulting services, including:
