I’m Ellen Roers, founder of Ellen Roers & Co. Consulting (ER & Co.), where empathy meets strategy. With 20+ years in clinical care, med-tech leadership, and sales, I’ve stood at the helm of CRO bid defenses, trained Clinical Research Associates, and cultivated white-glove customer experiences for brands like airlines, hotels, and rental services. Now, I bring those experiences to you, whether you're navigating organizational shifts or elevating service design.
